Hope Always by Carolyn BurtonArtist Statement: The jumbled dark pieces at the bottom represent the turmoil on our planet. The multi-colored sun like image represents God, Divine Spirit, Buddha, Allah or whatever the viewer wishes it to be, bringing warmth, light and hope. Materials & Techniques: Original design. Using various commercial and hand-dyed fabrics with overlays of organza and tulle; also metallic thread.
