Artist Statement: Always inspired by Asian art, I traveled to Japan to immerse myself in a 10 day class of study in shibori and indigo dyeing. These are some of my pieces that I accomplished on that trip.

Materials & Techniques: hand dyed shibori cotton fabrics by artist and hand dyed solids by artist and friends. machine pieced and quilted by artist.
