Artist Statement: As a response in our country and my own life, I wanted something simple and orderly to rest my jangled nerves. This piece, inspired by Maria Shell, fit the bill.

Materials & Techniques: Commercial cotton fabrics. Machine pieced, free motion machine quilting.
