Artist Statement: Fear, mental illness, and...gun sales? The easy availability of semi-automatic guns and ammunition in the US has resulted in horrific violence and loss. As our safety is threatened from within, our commitment to smart legislation and screening of buyers can save lives, and gives us a ray of hope.

Materials & Techniques: Cotton and cotton blends; pieced, appliqued, and quilted by hand and machine.
