Artist Statement: Moon rabbit is making rice, feeding the world or curing disease including pandemics. Image concept based on work of Hilma af Klint and ancient folktale of moon rabbit who is an actual shape on the moon with her mortar.

Materials & Techniques:Materials: Cotton material and oh, so many spools of thread. Techniques: Machine stitched and appliqued. Base is quilted, cut and quilted more to prepare the base palettes for cutting and assembling.
