Artist Statement: I had fun with my repeated bird image.

Materials & Techniques: The monotyped birds were detailed with additional painting. They were printed in rows on different hand printed, mostly cotton fabrics. The quilt was machine pieced and and was quilted in a pattern of bird foot print tracks. The back of the quilt also has hand-printed fabrics.
