Artist Statement: On a walk on the Columbia River Trail in East Wenatchee I spied an amazing arrangement of tree litter that may have been arranged by some rain runoff in April 2009. The closer one looked the more detail was revealed. This quilt was the most fun to make of all my quilts.

Materials & Techniques: Needle felting with machine ribbon embroidery and machine applied beads, painted fuse.
