Artist Statement: Sometimes, to some viewers, bright colors are too active, not soothing. Here the bright colors, lively stitching and tenuously balanced objects tremble as if they might fall off the quilt.

Materials & Techniques: Hand-dyed cotton fabrics, machine-pieced and quulted by the artist.
