Artist Statement: The South Sound Textile Artists worked for over a year on a collaborative series of modular quilts that explored line, shape, color and value, producing a total of seven quilts—so far. This first quilt started safely with black, grays and white.

Materials & Techniques: Painting, appliqué, piecing, silk-screening, embellishment, machine quilting.
