Artist Statement: Slow, dimensional stitching was used, along with beading, to evoke the rhythms of shallow waves lapping at the water’s edge.

Materials & Techniques: Hand-dyed silk fabrics, cotton and silk threads, glass beads, shells. Hand stitching and beading.
