Artist Statement: I love the colors and the red and gold glow of leaves in the forests of Washington. This quilt is based on a photograph I took at Lake Cushman in October, 2008

Materials & Techniques: Rayon, cotton, batik, commercial and hand dyed tulle. Raw edge appliqué, machine quilting.
