Artist Statement: At the center of the family, the Artist/Mother tries to hold everything together, while the edges fray and unravel.

Materials & Techniques: Hand-dyed silk twill, cotton batting, and cotton backing. Wholecloth quilt with unfinished edge, break-down printing, machine quilted.
