Artist Statement: The world’s rainforests are being fragmented and destroyed rapidly. There could be a day when the only way to see a rainforest will be old picture cards.

Materials & Techniques: Cotton fabrics; rayon, metallic and cotton threads; ribbon, yarn, handmade cords. Machine pieced, appliquéd and quilted, free motion embroidery and embellishment.
