Artist Statement: The hot colors and swirling lines say it all: Southern music, sombreros and swirling skirts on the dance floor, - it's fiesta time!

Materials & Techniques: Painted whole cloth quilt layered onto pieced quilt. Machine quilted with polyester and cotton threads, bobbin work with mixed decorative threads. Commercial and hand-dyed cottons.
