Artist Statement: While traveling in Costa Rica I was inspired by the beauty of that country and in particular the trees and plants.  The Rainbow Eucalyptus was inspiration for this piece.

Materials & Techniques: A combination of my own monoprint fabrics, commercial and hand dyed cotton, hand painted silk organza and French knots.
