Artist Statement: When I was invited to be in a show about oxymorons, I chose "Certain Possibilities" because possibilities are always interesting. "Certain", however brought up the depressing old axiom, the only thing certain is death and taxes, so I decided to add dandelions, which are certainly as ubiquitous as death and taxes.

Materials & Techniques: Hand painted, direct digital scans, digital image manipulation, digital printing, cotton fabric, cotton/poly batting, thread.
