Artist Statement: Small and delicate, Moonglow anemones with translucent tentacles are wonderful to find hidden in Pacific Coast tide pools.

Materials & Techniques: Cotton fabrics were raw edged appliquéd, machine quilted, and embellished with yarns and decorative threads. The anemone tentacles are hand-painted silk organza.
