Artist Statement: The inspiration for this quilt evolved from the colors in this piece of hand dyed fabric from Judy Roberson, as well as from rich silks and lamé. From there, images of Caribbean nights and clear water emerged. Diving through an underwater world - life so beautiful and usually beyond our eyes - is an uncommon world.
